Job description
Roofing Sales Manager – Lead with Integrity. Grow with Kapella.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales across residential and commercial sectors in the Denver Metro area.
• Collaborate with estimators, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage personal sales pipeline while supporting team members in achieving their goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in roofing sales (residential, commercial, or both).
• 3+ year in a leadership or sales management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Denver roofing market and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Roofing Sales Representative – $150K+ Potential | Join a Winning Team!
Location: Englewood, CO (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time | Contract
Compensation: Base Pay During Ramp-Up + Uncapped Commission + Weekly Bonuses

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights up to 40 feet
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work 8–10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus if You’ve Worked In:
• Door-to-door sales
• Car sales, mobile sales, or appointment setting
• Hospitality (servers, bartenders, etc.)
• Canvassing or lead generation
• Customer service roles where you had to talk to people and close
