Free Inspection & Quote
During your free roofing inspection, one of our consultants will meet with you and complete an honest assessment of your roof. In most cases, there is something that we can do to repair your roof. At the end of the inspection, you’ll be provided with a complete, comprehensive report of your roof’s current condition. If the damage is identified as hail, wind, or other storm damage and can be covered by your insurance company, we’ll assist you in the claim process.
Maintenance Consultation
Our expert consultant will also identify any existing maintenance issues in the comprehensive report so that you can tackle those accordingly. Proper roof maintenance is especially important because if your roof sustains storm damage and your roof hasn’t been properly maintained the insurance company may not be liable to cover the damage. Filing a Claim
We know that filing a claim through the insurance company can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming. At Kapella Roofing, we want to make this process as stress-free and smooth as possible for you by negotiating with the insurance company and advocating on your behalf.
Adjustments
Once the claim process with your insurance company is started, they will send out an adjuster to assess your roof. Our consultant will meet with the adjuster on-site and go through the entire inspection with them to ensure that the roof is properly assessed and nothing is missed in their report. When you receive the insurance company’s paperwork with their report, we will review it one final time to ensure that the entire scope of your roofing project will be covered and the project phase can begin.

Final Build
Finally, you will be able to select the product type and color of your new roof. You will review the timeline of your roofing project with your project manager so that you will know exactly what is happening and when so that there are no surprises along the way. At the end of your project, your new roof will undergo a two-tiered inspection and you will receive a warranty certificate for the roofing labor.
